Netdata Ltd. was established in 2003 to service a growing need for quality web development and consultancy, particularly outwith the central belt of Scotland. Since its inception the company has expanded its expertise and provided services to a wide range of clients from small hotels to large concerns such as Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Scottish Tourism Forum, Morrison Facilities Management and many more.

We have seen the internet evolve from simple text pages to the current multi-media, user led industry we see today.

We understand that the internet is all about information and how you present it. And we understand how all the pieces of the puzzle go together. Search engines, useability, accessibility and interactivity are all taken into consideration when we design a web presence.

We know when to put things in, but, more importantly, we understand when to leave things out. So no animated gifs, pop-ups and massive scrolling pages, if your site doesn't require them.

Our experience is diverse, from small bed and breakfasts to large blue chip companies. From basic 5 page sites, to large scale, dynamic e-commerce projects.

We have also developed a sister website at Netdata Projects which has been developed to provide a more specific range of services which cater to the changing nature of the internet. Focusing more on social networking trends and how they can be used to market a business.
