We recently completed 2, day long seminars at Perth College.
The workshops took place on 6th and 7th of May and covered a whole range of topics including:
- Domain Names, Hosting and ISP's
- Key Aspects of Web Design
- Website Content
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Understanding and Managing Social Media
- Advanced Marketing Techniques
- Stats and Analysis
The businesses which attended represented a wide cross-section of businesses from the local area including meat producers, adventure providers, children's activity centres, self-catering accommodation and many more.
As always, our small class sizes allows an informal atmosphere where delegates can be involved in the seminar, providing some stimulating and thought provoking discussions.

The new Drainflow website was launched today, after upgrading the previous site and bringing new functionality like social bookmarking, streaming video, user reviews and online translations to make the site more interactive, web 2.0 compatible and more friendly to users and search engines.

In partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the Scottish Tourism Forum, One Hundred Thousand Welcomes is Scotland’s new and exciting customer service training programme. It equips people to deliver exceptional customer service, which is good news for you, your visitors and your business.
We recently took over the hosting of the website and made several changes to the design of the website including a content management system, social bookmarking and some subtle changes to the layout of the site to improve browser performance.
